Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Scale Agents Lab ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects the personal information you give us through this website. We are the data fiduciary responsible for that information. If anything here is unclear, email us at jnyandeepsarma@scaleagentslab.com.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we collect only what you choose to enter:

• Your name and email address (required, so we can reply);
• Your phone / WhatsApp number, company name, sector, and what you'd like to build (all optional);
• The message you write to us.

We do not ask for, or want, sensitive information (such as financial, health or government-ID details) through this form. Please don't include it.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you ask about. We process it on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Your rights below).

We never sell your data, and we never send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who else can see it

Your enquiry is stored in our own customer system. We share it only with the trusted service providers that run that system on our behalf — our website and application host (Cloudflare), our database provider (Supabase), and our email provider (Resend) — and only so they can provide those services to us. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it's stored and how it's protected

Your information is stored on secured infrastructure, with the database hosted in India (Mumbai). It is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and our systems are built so that a stolen key cannot read your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we're in contact about it and for our legitimate business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it by law.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• see the information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• withdraw your consent to us using it.

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
